                                What is a Shawarma?

 

      Shawarma is said to be Lebanese, middle eastern and Turkish.  The Beef/Chicken is sliced and marinated overnight.  Placed on a vertical spit and slow roasted to perfection.  The Chicken/Beef is shaved off the outside of the spit giving you the crispy juicyness that is hard to find.  The Shawarma has traditional garlic, hummus or tahini sauces but we also have others so there is something for everyone to enjoy!  Topping it off with your favorite veggies and warming on the press makes for a most enjoyable experience!
